Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to all subscriptions and services sold by Machinerket through the platform.

2. Order Confirmation

A sale is only valid once confirmed by Machinerket in writing or via electronic acceptance. Pricing quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Invoicing

Prices are those stated in the proposal or subscription plan. Invoices will include applicable taxes and follow the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annual).

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Machinerket reserves the right to suspend access in case of late payment.

5. Service Delivery

Machinerket services are provided via cloud software. Availability is generally continuous, though temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

6. Warranty & Support

Machinerket warrants the core functionality of its software as described. Technical support is provided via email or phone during business hours as part of the subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Machinerket is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Liability is limited to refunding the proportional cost of the service for the affected period.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Early termination does not entitle the customer to a refund, unless otherwise agreed or required by local law.
