Industrial high-end sawing machine MARTIN T70, manufactured in Germany by Otto Martin Maschinenbau. Notable for its indestructible structural rigidity in cast iron and steel, this machine offers a torsion stability exceptionally superior to conventional modern squaring saws, recording an approximate total weight of 800 to 1,000 Kg.
Maintenance performed in 2026, the main shaft of the saw was completely dismantled, installing new bearings and high-precision shaft seals/seal rings. Thanks to this comprehensive technical review, the shaft operates in good condition, completely free of play, smooth and vibration-free during cutting.
Originating from a private workshop and kept in active constant use, the machine includes a 2,500 mm sliding table carriage bed, 2,800 mm cutting length, crosscut frame/arm, 1,000 mm wide parallel guide for cutting, disc tilt by hydraulic foot pump with degree scale from 0° to 45°, and original MARTIN upper aspiration hood mounted on an articulated arm.
