2018 ACCTEK AKP1530-R

An ACCTEK AKP1530-R CNC cutting system offered, manufactured in 2018, equipped with plasma cutting, oxy-fuel/gas cutting, and an integrated CNC tube cutting unit.

The machine is in good working condition, fully functional and ready to operate immediately. Its configuration allows for different cutting applications in a single machine, offering a versatile solution for processing metal sheet, steel, and tubes.

The system has a working area of 1,500 × 3,000 mm and is equipped with a Huayuan LGK-100IGBT plasma power source of 100 A. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the system allows plasma cutting up to approximately 15 mm in mild steel and 7.5 mm in stainless steel.

For processing thicker materials, the machine additionally incorporates a CNC oxy-fuel torch, capable of cutting mild steel up to approximately 70 mm thick.

One of the main highlights of this configuration is the integrated CNC tube cutting unit, which allows processing tubes up to 250 mm in diameter and 3,000 mm in length. This considerably expands the system's application possibilities compared to a sheet metal cutting machine.

The system incorporates automatic torch height control (THC), CNC control and FastCAM software, including nesting function to optimize material utilization. Regarding its mechanical and drive components, it features NEMA34 stepper motors, Leadshine M860 controllers, Taiwan linear guides and rack and pinion drive. It also has an extraction system and 380 V / three-phase power supply.

The combination of a 100 A plasma power supply, oxy-fuel/gas torch and CNC tube cutting unit allows the machine to be used for a wide variety of cutting jobs, in both sheet and steel as well as tube applications.

The system is complete and ready for immediate use. The sale is made due to an operational restructuring.
