2001 Trumpf TrumaBend V 85

Hydraulic press brake CNC Trumpf TrumaBend V85 built in 2001, designed for industrial applications of metal sheet bending with high precision and operational stability. The machine incorporates advanced electrohydraulic technology with two-cylinder upper Y1/Y2 drive and proportional valve system, offering precise control of the ram movement and excellent bending results in industrial production.

The piston displacement measurement system uses glass scales with bend compensation, ensuring constant precision during the working process. The machine is equipped with modern block-type hydraulics, spherical suspension, and inclined pressure beam positioning to improve folding quality and uniformity.

The Trumpf TrumaBend V85 features a multi-axis CNC system and programmable lower tooling travel (axis I) for two positions, providing flexibility for different production applications and tooling configurations. The secure front finger adjustment of the rear fingers facilitates quick and efficient workpiece setup.

The machine features an upper manual self-centering tool holder for vertical tool changes and reinforced lower support with manual adjustment. It also includes CNC crowning system for automatic compensation of deformation during bending and BendGuard safety system for operator protection.

The machine is delivered WITHOUT tools. It is currently in production until, so it is possible to perform folding tests under prior agreement. Visits and inspections can be organized by appointment during business hours.
