2011 SCM Tech Z2 Nesting

The CNC machining center SCM Tech Z2 Nesting, manufactured in 2011, is a versatile and precise machine, ideal for woodworking applications. It offers a useful machining area of 2,700 x 1,300 x 180 mm, with an X-Y-Z stroke of 3,060 x 1,735 x 250 mm. Its vector speed of 60 m/min allows for fast and efficient operations. The machining table is of MF type with an aluminum grid surface measuring 1,225 x 2,750 mm. In addition, it features a Becker vacuum pump of 250 m3 that ensures optimal workpiece clamping during the process. The Tech Z2 is equipped with a F12 drilling unit, which includes 12 vertical drills operating at 4,000 rpm. Its milling motor has a power of 7.5 kW, allowing a rotation speed between 1,500 and 24,000 rpm. The tool changer, with a capacity of 10 positions, enables fast and efficient tool changes.
