STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

Chassis:

Sturdy V-bar traction beam made of closed 4-edge profiles with large transverse stiffeners at the cylinder mounting area, fully welded and hot-dip galvanized without distortion.

Tilting bridge:

Solid beam tipping bridge with 2 strong longitudinal beams made of 4-sided profiles and sturdy crossbeams at short intervals. The tipper body, wholly torsion-free, welded and hot-dip galvanized.

Back made of 2.5 mm steel sheet, galvanized.

3 pairs of U-belt tie-down supports (each 400 daN) mounted in the loading area.

Side walls of 350 mm height made with 25 mm tall hollow chamber aluminum anodized profiles with solid eccentric tension locks. The side walls can be folded and removed on 4 sides.

Hot-dip galvanized corner brackets to fasten other accessories, and also removable corner brackets.

Hydraulics:

3-stage hydraulic cylinder, inclination device with electric pump and onboard independent battery. Cable remote control with support and magnet on the V-type push rod. Main switch and plug for the charging device (plug loosely connected) mounted on the front. Emergency manual pump also mounted.

Chassis:

High-quality Knott chassis components. Overload brake with automatic reverse and parking brake. 2 axles with 1,350 kg rubber spring suspension with independent suspension and maintenance-free compact bearings. Standard tires 195/50 R13 C for low load height of approximately 660 mm.

Automatic support wheel mounted on the console without twist.

Lighting:

12V lighting according to StVO with 13-pin plug. ASPÖCK Multipoint 4 rear lights combined with integrated rear fog light and reverse light mounted on the light crossbar.
