The 2010 Felder G 580 can be inspected by appointment. It is equipped with a control panel with LCD screen. It incorporates a pre-sanding unit with two diamond blades counter-rotating that ensure a perfect edge preparation before gluing, significantly improving adhesion quality. The system supports material feed in both roll and strip formats, with a sliding shearing knife and pneumatic pre-cut for thicknesses up to 3 mm, ensuring precision in every application.

The gluing system features an applicator roller and integrated glue reservoir, providing uniform adhesive distribution. The pressure unit with three mechanically pre-tensioned rollers ensures a firm and consistent edge fixation. For finishing, it has a transverse cutting unit with double blade, flush milling and radii, corner rounding on edge faces, radius scraper, and final edge rounding unit. The machine allows manual adjustment of units and has three free slots to incorporate additional finishing units, offering flexibility for future expansions.
