1998 Morbidelli Author 510 Super

The Morbidelli Author 510 Super milling machine, manufactured in 1998, is a 4-axis CNC machining center ideal for woodworking, with a work area of 3300×1250×120 mm. The machine is equipped with a Tria 7500 control unit and a standalone laptop for data transfer, allowing easy import of DXF files from a CAM program for direct milling program transfer. This model features an SK30 tool holder, 6 angular units for various applications, a 10-position tool changer, and a standalone lockbox unit that operates up to 14,000 rpm. It is designed to be versatile, suitable for processing doors, stairs, cabinets, and plastics, and its 40-position drill enables precise machining in multiple directions. The main spindle has a power of 7.5 kW and offers frequency control up to 18,000 rpm. In addition, it has a Becker vacuum pump of 100 m3/h. With very limited previous use, the machine remains in good technical condition and is available for demonstration, as it is still connected. Requires approximately 6.00 m wide, 2.5 m deep and 2.7 m high space.
